This is a song that’s a bit different from all the other past peperonP songs. Please enjoy it.
Since this is composed of only two different melodies, the biggest focus was actually on the lyrics.
I think that in this world, the aquarium is the lowest tier of heaven, and the highest tier of hell.
It’d be a pleasure to be given the chance of feeling something like the sadness within the depths of beauty.

Made a song that reflects the image of an aquarium.
A false sea. A “blue” that surpasses the unpleasant “blue”. What would I be thinking about if I were in this place…?
This is a song where the lyrics are of the most importance, and is about the only song in the album that was made in one go.

Description: A really relaxing and immersive song that completely exudes the underwater theme. The composition of the song is quite basic, with only two alternating lines of melody, but the arrangement is quite incredible, utilizing soft piano and strings in the background to give it a more mature and deep feel. Even though the same two melody keeps repeating, it doesn’t seem boring or repetitive at all. There seems to be at least 4 instruments playing at once (besides the vocals), which give it layers of depth, making it a great song to relisten to over and over since it’s hard to catch all the sounds used in the song on the first listen. Although there are deep, synthetic exhaling sound effects added in, it’s not at all jarring, and well enhances the underwater atmosphere. I especially enjoy the waterdrop sound effect. Lastly, the vocal tuning is very smooth and has the right tone (not too cutesy, slightly low-pitched), and although it may sound awkward at a few points, it’s well mixed, blending in quite well with the intrumentals.

Nem’s comments:
I composed this song as a homage to Tim Burton’s famous movie “Edward Scissorhands”, but the story in the song has nothing to do with the movie. I wanted to explain the growing mentality during boyhood instead. The scissors are a symbol of juvenile violence.

Description: A jazzy song with a very cool image of Miku with scissorhands. This is Nem’s first time using Miku for vocals (instead of the usual GUMI), and is his most Mylisted work to date. Good tuning and incredible lyrics and melody, but is a little tricky to sing along to due to the intro that you have to accurately count in. Oh, and the official English song title is The Scissors, while the Japanese title translates to “Scissorhands”.

Descrption: A requiem with a peaceful electronic twist and simple atmosphere. Great song to loop while reading or doing homework. Vocal tuning is good, but the whole mood of the song is quite moving and is the most notable. I recommend the Luka version over the Miku version.

Atsuzou-kun’s Comment: Finished my 3rd song! Take a look at the power of the unemployed. The song this time should give off a feel of bossa, lounge, cafe, or something like that? Even though I’m not really one for stylish places like those…The characters this time include the Vostok 1, some space dogs named Belka and Strelka, and a human named Yuri Gagarin. It was from the 60′s when the dreams and sciences for getting to space really took off. Space, the future, and science fiction have always been the dreams of a young man after all. Anyways, I’ll get to preparing my next song now.

Translation Notes:
1 – “Attaching the “a” on “alone”": Original says “Attaching the “bocchi” on “hitoribocchi”.” “Hitoribocchi” in Japanese means solitude, and is made up of the words “One person” (hitori) and “bocchi” (Bhuddist Priest), and the line of lyrics are wondering how adding “bocchi” on makes any sense at all. Tried my best to find the English equivalent, and came up with “alone” because it’s “a” and “lone”, “lone” being the closest thing to “hitori” as I could find.
2 – “They’re like the things you can buy.”: Literal translation was “They’re not like the things you can’t buy.”, but I took out the double negatives to make it less confusing.
3 – “Life is a boat trip called “Regret”": For “Regret”, the original lyrics put in “KOUKAI” without the Chinese characters that specify which meaning that the same combination of letters represents, and since “koukai” (without specification) has about 10 different meanings including “high seas”, “reform”, “regret”, “public meeting”, “voyage”, and more, I just chose one of the seemingly more fitting ones out of my own accord.
4 – “”Look! Hello!”": In the video, this line is displayed with accompanying words “Hello” in different languages, but only the Japanese “konnichiwa” is sung in the song.

おはようございます．DATEKENです．ハンガリーから帰ってきて時差ぼけの治らぬまま投稿十一曲目．テクノ・ポップです．わたぽんさん（http://piapro.jp/wata_pon）のイラストを見ていたら真っ白なイメージの曲が浮んできたので，わさっと作りました．勝手ながら動画にも使わせて戴きました．素敵イラストを有難う御座います！auto-tune的な奴を一度作ってみたかった訳なのですが，結局ソフトの導入が面倒になって，vocaloid editorでピッチベンド弄ってでっちあげました．不精者ですね．そうですね．

Good morning. DATEKEN here. Submitted this 11th song of mine while still trying to get better from the jet lag I got from coming back from Hungary. This song is of the technopop genre. Quickly made this song while I was looking at わたぽん’s（http://piapro.jp/wata_pon） illustration and thought of a song with a pure white image. As it turns out I also used the same picture in the video. Thanks so much for the incredible artwork! I’ve tried using something like auto-tune before, but in the end I thought that the input system was a pain, so I ended up using vocaloid editor to bend the pitch instead. I’m so lazy, aren’t I? Yes, that’s right.

2 – “…my headphones”: Literal translation is “earphones”, specifically meaning “earbud headphones”, but “earphones” are relatively uncommonly used so I interchanged it with “headphones”.
3 – “…adds in a different note”: Literal translation is “spews out a complete miss of a note”. Seemed pretty vulgar, and I didn’t know if it was good to change the whole feeling of the song.
4 – “You’re the reason…”: Referring to the sky. Used “You” instead of “That” since the sky seemed quite personified in this song.
5 – “I’ll cheer you up later”: Literal translation is “I’ll shine on you later”.
